Being a mom of two young, wild and crazy boys I have a few hacks for you that might help keep you sane. No promises though!
Here are a few Amazon favorites of mine!
1. Formula Dispenser
If you have kids who are done with the bottles, keep those formula containers! They make the perfect option to keep snacks in. Most of them are leakproof too which is hard to find. I use the OXO Tot No-Spill Formula Dispenser which is around $4 on Amazon.
2. Pencil Bag

Pencil bag as a snack bag! If your kids eat lunch at school as mine do, your snack time goodies may come from the house. I didn't want to pack a whole lunchbox for just a few treats, so for a few bucks ($2-3) and a vinyl sticker he had a custom snack bag. I would suggest checking out the Dollar Tree or Walmart, but you can also get them on Amazon here.
3. Battery Tester

Don't toss them until you test 'em! Once your kids get a certain age and they discover how batteries work, they will rob you of every battery you own. My kids can't understand the fact that just because one battery is shot, doesn't mean the rest are. And yet, they all still ended up on the garbage. (Insert facepalm here). Solution... have the kiddos put the "questionable" batteries in a separate box then before you toss them, test them! I use this $5 Battery Tester.
4. Seat Protectors

Save your seats! These bad boys have been a lifesaver for my car. I purchased a faux leather seat protector from Amazon for about $35 for a set of 2. They are easy to clean and install.
5. Baby Wipes
Baby wipes. I CANNOT say enough about these little golden sheets of goodness. I keep them everywhere! In the car, my purse, their bags, wherever. They are a much better option than a tissue or napkin when in a sticky situation. They are a cheaper option than constantly buying the "hand wipes", you get a lot more bang for your buck. Get them anywhere!
6. Simple Sippy Cups
KISS rule for these things...Keep It Simple Stupid. We used these cups from about 1 year until age 4-5. The BEST part is, they are only 2 parts...the cup and the lid. No additional pieces to clean or loose. They are good about not leaking, easy to clean and dishwasher safe. You can get these at Walmart and most of them come in 2 packs. The First Years Sippy Cup.
7. Leakproof Bento Box
These are a bit harder to find in stores. Almost every type of lunch container you find, claims to be "leakproof" however, you must make sure that each individual compartment is sealed. Otherwise you will have a mushy mess of food during your lunch time. My favorites are the Kinsho Bento Box. They fit perfectly in a lunchbox, yet they don't replace it, so if you need to add other snacks and items you have a bit of wiggle room.
